MAT AND REFORMER CERTIFICATION

A woman in workout clothes is doing Pilates on a reformer machine in a fitness studio with multiple similar machines and decorative vases in the background.

A dual certification program designed to build a strong foundation in both Mat and Reformer Pilates. This training blends the art and science of movement, uniting classical Pilates principles with modern anatomy and functional training.

Trainees learn to teach with clarity, confidence, and creativity — gaining the skills to design effective sessions for clients of all levels.

Includes:

  • Complete Mat and Reformer repertoire (beginner through intermediate levels)

  • Integration of anatomy, biomechanics, and functional movement principles

  • Hands-on Movement Labs for embodied practice and exploration

  • Guided practice teaching with individualized feedback and mentorship

  • Observation and self-practice hours to reinforce technique and understanding

  • Teaching methodology for both private sessions and group formats

  • Opportunity to advance into the Comprehensive Certification after completion
